
Event Solutions Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Lead with a strong background in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional event solutions. With a proven track record of leading client servicing teams, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction across large-scale events, MICE, and experiential projects, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that delivers memorable experiences while building enduring client partnerships.
This role requires a highly skilled professional who can serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Servicing Key Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Leading Teams: Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring alignment on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments (creative, production, operations) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Client Briefs: Translate client briefs into actionable strategies, proposals, and event concepts.
- Business Development: Drive business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Client Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end client lifecycle—from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.
- Quality Deliverables: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Client Satisfaction: Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting: Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Experience: 8–12 years of client servicing experience in the events, MICE, or experiential marketing industry.
- Clients: Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience with reputed event agencies handling marquee clients.
- Understanding: Strong understanding of event strategy, client engagement, and market trends.
