We have supported many impactful new drug approvals in oncology and are seeking talented individuals globally to assist us in customizing each clinical trial's imaging to optimize efficacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business proposals by coordinating with prospects and clients.
  • Prepare and review proposals, and assist with changes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Optimize proposal design by integrating our expertise, key differentiators, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and communicate risks associated with proposals and contracts.
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing target dates and prioritizing information gathering, writing, review, and finalization.
  • Create quality assumption tables to align with study protocol.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings related to proposals and contracts.
  • Follow up after proposal submission and communicate outcomes to the team.
  • Represent us at conferences and meetings with clients and prospective clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as 21CFR Part 11, Good Clinical Practices (ICH E6 GCP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
