Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Professional to oversee the entire import, export, transportation and logistics process for sensitive semiconductor equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of ensuring seamless operations, cost-effectiveness and strict compliance with relevant trade laws.

This role involves establishing logistics processes for transportation from all global and domestic locations suppliers and customers. The Logistics Specialist (Manager) coordinates activities between suppliers, customers, logistics partners, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies.

The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring inbound and outbound logistics activities across multiple 3PL sites, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Develop and implement efficient logistics processes for transportation from all global and domestic locations suppliers and customers.
  • Transportation Management: Plan, coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities across multiple 3PL sites, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions or natural disasters.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Possess a strong understanding of trade laws, regulations and industry standards concerning import and export, storage and distribution of gases and chemicals.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze logistics workflows and KPIs to identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
