Job Title: School Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Operations Manager to lead our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities for an organization.
  • Monitor budgets with actual expenses to ensure high efficiency at low cost.
  • Ensure all AMC & Contracts are live and maintain office premises, including AMC, repair of assets, etc.
  • Manage transport operations, regular monitoring of bus movement, and ensuring student safety during arrival and dispersal.
  • Make effective use of resources, nurture existing key personnel, and handle emergencies & manage crises.
  • Validate and evaluate vendors, negotiate services, and follow up on payments.
  • Supervise, advise, and mentor the admin team.
  • Develop and maintain school administrative activities.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board to devise strategy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (B.tech/B.E.) or Postgraduate (PG- Operation/Admin/Facility) from a recognized University in India or abroad.
  • School administration experience preferred.
  • Post-graduate / MBA with good communication skills and ability to correspond independently.
  • Minimum experience of 5 to 8 years in reputed schools.
  • Prior experience of dealing with Education Department and ICSE/CBSE Boards.
  • Knowledge of finance and budget essential.
  • Good command over English and strong man management skills.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Administration (Facility Management, Canteen, Sickbay, Security, Budgeting, Billing, Events & Functions).
  • Budgeting, asset management & compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
