  • Support school growth through initiatives such as parent engagement, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
  • Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
Ideal Experience Profile:
  • 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
  • Significant experience in pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of high-volume, quality-driven sales engagements.
  • Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Willingsness to travel across territories/zones.
