Job Overview

The Business Growth Strategist will lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive supply and demand within a particular market, increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to drive supply and demand growth, leveraging insights into local market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue and cost savings, maximising profits through efficient operations and effective resource allocation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimise costs, enhance revenue, and ensure consistency and quality of products and services.
  • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage technology and innovation to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Engg/MBA professionals with 2-5 years of experience in pure play key account management roles with end-to-end responsibility in fast-paced setups.
  • Managing rural areas sales exposure is preferred.
  • B2B sales exposure in FMCG/Ecommerce industries with hands-on understanding of credit facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong first-principle thinking, ability to identify and solve problem statements end-to-end.
  • Should have managed operations, with a track record of bringing process efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong desire to travel across rural areas in the assigned geography.
