Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategist to lead our business growth initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will develop comprehensive strategies that drive business results, meet client objectives, and align with our overall vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop end-to-end strategies across multiple platforms to drive business growth.
  • Client Goal Translation: Translate client goals into actionable KPIs that focus on business metrics.
  • Pitch Leadership: Lead and close pitches independently or with teams, showcasing the strategy's value proposition.
  • Technology Application: Apply MarTech/AdTech and CDPs to gain insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Competitor Analysis: Reverse-engineer competitor and historical plans to identify gaps and deliver solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with planning, buying, and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with strategy.
  • Test-and-Learn Programs: Run structured test-and-learn programs and simple forecasting scenarios to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate client goals into actionable KPIs.
  • Experience in leading pitches and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in applying MarTech/AdTech and CDPs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
