As a pivotal team member, the Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for fostering and maintaining robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling financial products, along with a solid understanding of the finance industry. They should also demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to engage high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new customers through referral leads and transform them into successful business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring maximum wallet share and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Provide comprehensive training to partners on product availability, develop strategic business development plans, and conduct joint calls to achieve business objectives.
- Recruitment: Generate leads for financial product distributors, coordinate business opportunity sessions, and assist new distributors in clearing necessary certification exams.
Requirements:
- Graduate or higher degree from any academic background.
- Excellent demographic understanding and knowledge of the finance industry.
- Strong professional network and experience in B2B sales.
