We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth by building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing. They must have proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Own key accounts: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
- Translate client goals to delivery plans; ensure SLA adherence and quality
- Manage SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand; improve time-to-fill
- Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flag risks and drive resolutions
- 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or BD in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
- Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
