About the Role

">
  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive relationship management with existing partners and ensure smooth business functioning.
  • You will be responsible for delivering against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners.
  • Your key objective will be to identify business expansion opportunities across product categories.
  • You will develop sales pipelines through business partners using available resources in coordination with the product team, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
  • In this role, you will manage and grow business in collaboration with internal constituents and external stakeholders to create and execute go-to-market approaches, marketing plans, collaterals, media, campaigns, and promotions.
  • You will implement product enhancements across existing partners to ensure business growth.
  • Additionally, you will liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on required customizations and size up opportunities.
  • You will facilitate seamless onboarding of new opportunities.
  • As a Business Development Lead, you will conduct partner training programs, panel discussions, reward, and recognition programs, and similar events for partner engagement.
  • Furthermore, you will develop and manage NBBL brand and brand positioning strategies.
  • You will also ensure timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Last but not least, you will comply with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Masters degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
