We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to oversee architecture design and build projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain and update project documentation as necessary.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  6. Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation as necessary.
  7. Progress Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.
