Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil / Architectural Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in design, detailing, and execution. The ideal candidate should have worked extensively with LOD 400 models, bringing unmatched technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and project coordination skills. This role is best suited for someone who thrives on responsibility, precision, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage civil/architectural design and detailing for large-scale projects.
  • Develop and oversee LOD 400 models ensuring constructability and precision.
  • Collaborate closely with BIM teams, MEPF engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project-specific requirements.
  • Review and validate drawings, models, and documentation for accuracy.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in design, detailing, and project execution.
  • Strong expertise in LOD 400 and advanced BIM workflows.
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high standards of quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
