Senior Meta Ads Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Meta Ads Manager to lead our international client accounts and drive measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, and confident in handling high-budget, performance-focused campaigns while directly engaging with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute end-to-end Meta ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients, preferably with experience in the Australian market.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
