About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize Meta ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of campaign strategy and performance analysis, with a proven track record of generating leads, driving conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute paid campaign strategies across Meta Platforms.
- Manage full-funnel performance marketing initiatives, including audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling ad experiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, taking action to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, and dashboards.
- Stay updated on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Optimize campaigns for various goals, including lead generation, website traffic, sales, brand awareness, etc.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong return on ad spend.
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
