Digital Marketing Strategist

This role is for a data-driven strategist who can turn ad spend into profitable growth across Google and Meta.
The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce. They must be able to analyze performance, make data-driven decisions, and improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
The responsibilities include strategizing, building, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other performance platforms. The successful candidate will also partner with clients to drive real ecommerce revenue.
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, social, and email, to drive integrated results.
- Proactively identify opportunities for budget reallocation and scaling strategies.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client, with a deep understanding of ROAS, margins, funnel bottlenecks, and attribution tools. They will also have proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.
