We're Hiring: Senior Meta Ads Manager (Remote)

Shift Time:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM AEST

Saturday: 12 PM – 4 PM AEST

Location: Remote

Key Requirements

Client-Facing Role – Regular communication with international clients (primarily Australia, but also New Zealand, USA, and Canada).

Fluent English (Written & Spoken) – You must be able to clearly present reports, strategies, and insights to clients.

Proven Track Record – Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns for international clients.

About the Role

At Marketing Transformers, we help businesses scale through data-driven advertising. We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Manager who can independently manage international client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth.

This role is best suited for someone who is analytical, creative, and confident in handling high-budget, performance-focused campaigns—while directly engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.

Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.

Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.

Budget Management: Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.

Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.

A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.

Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.

Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).

Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.

Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.

Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
