Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across platforms, particularly focusing on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), content strategy, and KPI-driven performance. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in post boosting, ad running, and a deep understanding of social media marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, schedule, and manage high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.)
  • Boost posts and run targeted Meta Ads using Meta Ad Manager & Meta Ad Booster
  • Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Track and analyze KPIs (Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and report weekly/monthly
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and improve brand visibility
  • Work closely with graphic designers or use tools (like Canva) for post creation
  • Engage with followers and respond to queries and comments promptly
  • Research and stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Follower Growth Rate
  • Engagement Rate (likes, comments, shares)
  • Ad Campaign Performance (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS)
  • Lead Generation / Conversion Metrics
  • Content Reach & Impressions
  • Post Boosting Results
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ad Manager & Meta Post Boosting
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva/Photoshop
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
