We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a passion for data-driven marketing. You will work closely with our creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
- Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
- Track daily budgets and adjust as needed to maximize ROI.
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
- Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
- Direct impact on scaling campaigns for high-growth brands.
- Exposure to real estate, fashion, and FMCG categories.
- Opportunity to work closely with creatives + strategists in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
