Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a high-performing marketing professional, you will play a key role in developing and executing paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Your primary focus will be on creating and managing paid marketing strategies that drive real results. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all campaigns align with our brand voice and messaging.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage paid marketing strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as return on ad spend, click-through rate, cost per click, cost per action, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft engaging ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that resonate with our target audience.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads, preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
