Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic ads.
  • Prepare media plans and execute efficiently with a proven track record of driving significant returns on ad spend.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and sales to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
