Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Growth and Performance Strategist to spearhead growth initiatives across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create connection and momentum by understanding how marketing works best when it evokes trust, relevance, and excitement in the audience.
  • Think in systems by seeing how content, SEO, outreach, automation, and UX fit together into workflows that scale.
  • Build fast, learn faster by testing quickly, analyzing feedback, and iterating to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Use AI and automation instinctively by leveraging agents, tools, and integrations to handle the manual and repetitive freeing you up to focus on creativity, insight, and strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing roles where they owned or influenced results across SEO, paid, content, or CRO.
  • A track record of identifying growth levers and acting on them quickly and effectively.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, holding partners accountable for delivering real business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to deliver measurable outcomes such as reducing manual workload, increasing content output, or improving lead conversion rates.
