A seasoned leader is needed to oversee and scale our advertising efforts across various platforms.
- Lead a high-performing team of paid media specialists and analysts, focusing on strategic campaign development, team management, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, hands-on expertise in paid media, and experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. They should also be proficient in managing large budgets, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring optimal ROI, CAC, LTV, and scalability.
- Build and lead a team of experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive growth and success.
- Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- 6-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience.
- Proven success in managing large budgets, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed.
