Job Title: Senior Facebook Ads Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to deploy and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.

Your primary goal will be to analyze customer actions, plan A/B testing (content, ads, audiences, placements…), and build a scientific campaign structure that combines with the team's content and design for effective conversion.

You will also monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available), and proactively expand budget based on performance and ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR…

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong performance mindset, know how to test quickly - optimize deeply - expand with control, and be familiar with components of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc.

Priority is given to those with experience in e-commerce, services, online courses, real estate, finance...
