We are seeking a results-driven Ad Strategist and Media Buyer to join our team. This paid role requires 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

This is a full-time position that offers flexible working hours and a competitive salary of ₹30,000 per month.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of funnel strategies, retargeting, and campaign scaling. They should be proficient in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager (GTM).

We value creativity and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work directly with founders and high-level ad spend strategists to develop and execute high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Develop and implement funnel strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Segment audiences based on interests, custom targeting, and lookalikes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per action (CPA), and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Optimize campaigns daily to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design and copywriting teams to create effective ad creatives and angles.
  • Manage budgets, run A/B tests, and scale campaigns strategically.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution measurement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM tracking, and CRM integrations.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a strong ability to write compelling ad copy and headlines.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Saturday: Full-time.
  • Saturday: Half-day.
  • Flexible working hours, with an emphasis on delivering outcomes rather than fixed working hours.
