We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex marketing automation strategies using Adobe Campaign.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and campaign execution. They will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign v8 including data models, workflows, and multi-channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Direct Mail).
  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with various systems including Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM Systems, and External Systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign execution, delivery, and tracking issues.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer for Adobe Campaign v7/v8, with deep functional and technical understanding.
  • Strong understanding of Email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Preferred candidate should be Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience on channel configuration including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) including Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for customization and automation.
