The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Sales Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers via telephone to inform them about our products and services.

The Role

  • Utilize scripts to effectively communicate with customers and promote our offerings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Identify customer needs and close sales.
  • Refer prospects to our field sales team when necessary.
  • Update customer information in our database.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to future sales growth.

The Candidate

  • You hold a degree from a reputable institution, such as a PUC or higher.
  • Ideally, you have 3-12 months of experience in telesales or telecalling.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbally and in writing.
