Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Spectra technovision (India) Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned techno-commercial professional with a strong background in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the company's managing director to create innovative plans and drive business growth.
- Responsible for consistently creating new opportunities and meeting opportunity goals.
- Introduce company services to new prospects and clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations, and sales campaigns.
- Manage the sales cycle from appointments with clients, client visits, and product demonstrations.
- Presentations to top-level personnel, negotiations, and dealing with prospective customers.
- Ensure effective management of the sales process, including lead generation, credentials pitch, solution pitch, and follow-up to achieve favorable closure and conversion of leads.
- Manage and maintain accurate and accessible documentation, including presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by driving the lead cycle.
- Education: Any graduation (B.E / B.Tech in EC / CS will be given preference), MBA with Marketing / International Business.
- Experience: Min 1 year experience in dealing with ELV product / software sales / technical solution sales.
- Pre-sales process knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer right solutions.
- Aggression, self-drive, and result orientation.
- Strong work ethics and sense of commitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation abilities.
- Sufficient knowledge of Low Current Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm Systems, Video Analytics, etc.
- Revenue generation and realization.
- Client management - maintaining relationships with all potential and existing customers for augmentation of business.
- Team management for managerial roles.
- Ensure closure of clear Scope of Work with client.
