The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a B2C sales or sales/relationship manager role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
