About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to lead the design, development and maintenance of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills to drive innovation and value for our clients across industries.

The CMDB is a critical component of our IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, enabling us to efficiently manage and monitor our IT infrastructure. As a CMDB leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of CMDB data, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Design, develop and maintain the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
