Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Support:
    • Prepare business reports and dashboards
    • Collect and analyze operational data
    • Support decision-making with insights
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data inputs
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Project Coordination:
    • Assist in project tracking and follow-ups
    • Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings
    • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors
    • Support HR or finance teams with executive-level data
  • Data Analysis:
    • Excel: Data cleaning, pivot tables, charts
    • PoweerPoint: Executive summaries, visual presentations
    • BI Tools: Basic usage of Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
    • CRM/ERP Systems: Extracting and compiling data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • Proven experience as an Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
