Strategic Growth Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Strategic Growth Assistant. This role will be responsible for supporting the outreach and growth initiatives of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the leadership team to identify and build new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and deep-dives to discover new potential leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain documents and MIS for impact and history.
- Represent the organization at colleges and fests, showcasing its psychometric assessment tools and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Final-year UG students with 3–6 months of prior internship experience (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter who is proactive, persistent, and likes to figure things out.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver outcomes.
