As a seasoned Contract Professional, you will be responsible for creating and managing contractual agreements across various business lines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience in drafting standard contractual documents and stakeholder management.

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines are essential for this role.

You will be working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration principles and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage contractual agreements for multiple business lines
  • Draft and review standard contractual documents
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate contracting processes from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications:

Contract Administration Experience: 5+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
