Job Title: Legal Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Legal Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the drafting and vetting of legal agreements and contracts, as well as supporting senior legal team members in handling regulatory and compliance matters.

In addition, they will conduct basic legal research, prepare case summaries and legal notes, maintain proper documentation and records of all legal files and agreements, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution, as well as excellent drafting and communication skills.

Experience in corporate law, contracts, or compliance is desirable, particularly in sectors such as retail, luxury goods, or consumer commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and vetting legal agreements and contracts
  • Supporting senior legal team members

Requirements:

  • LLB degree, preferably with specialization in Corporate Law
  • 1–2 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, contracts, or compliance
  • Experience in retail, luxury goods, or consumer commerce is a bonus

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
