Job Role: Legal Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented legal professional to join our contract management team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts using designated tools, ensuring accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.
  • Securing necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions.
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Tracking contract status, key milestones, and changes, and ensuring all documentation complies with internal processes and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree.
  • Relevant contract / legal experience.
  • Strong legal drafting skills, stakeholder management skills, contract lifecycle understanding, and communication skills.
