Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Contract Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a proven track record in configuring and managing contract lifecycle management platforms.

The successful applicant will be responsible for configuring and maintaining contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform. Additionally, they will modify and manage configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic to align with business requirements.

Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls, as well as managing and updating master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs.

The selected candidate will also support P2P integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems, create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities, and execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance is essential, as is participation in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases.

Lastly, the successful applicant will provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
