Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating complex contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners globally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, experience working with procurement, business, and delivery functions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Rainmaker Agreements.
- Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for closure of transactions.
- Prepare monthly reports on transactions received.
- Conduct presentations and trainings as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
