Chief Contract Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**- Negotiate and draft client contracts, including master service agreements, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Draft vendor contracts for goods and services, equipment lease agreements, subscription agreements, etc.
- Develop real estate agreements, including lease agreements, maintenance agreements, fit-out agreements, etc.
- Negotiate technology contracts, including license agreements, content subscription agreements, website terms and conditions, EULA, App terms of Use, etc.
- Provide advisory support on employment/HR matters, including termination letters, settlement agreements, notices, reply to notices, and applicable labor laws.
- Liaise with external counsel(s).
- Formulate compliance frameworks and manage client compliance.
- Draft compliance policies, SOPs, and related documentation.
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
- Create trackers for monitoring client requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
