Lead Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Contracts Manager to oversee the contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements. This role ensures seamless revenue flow, risk mitigation, and transparent reporting.

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and compliance expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing centralized repositories, maintaining version control, and ensuring contracts comply with finance policies and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Ensure contracts align with revenue recognition rules, service provision, and taxation frameworks.
  • Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams responsible for implementing contracts, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Compliance: Validate billing frequency, payment terms, and revenue allocation in contracts, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
  • Invoicing Management: Oversee the invoicing team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree: In finance, accounting, or business with an MBA being a plus.
  • Experience: 10-14 years in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.
