Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our US Staffing Operations team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for our employees and contractors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a strong understanding of US federal employment regulations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Assist in completing documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities in a timely and compliant manner.
- Background Verification Coordination: Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate screenings within timelines.
- Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and complete compliance-related documents per organizational and legal standards.
- MSP & Client Portal Management: Navigate various portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) for timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.
- SOP & Process Documentation: Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for key HR and compliance workflows.
- Federal & Client-Specific Compliance: Apply understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Act as a point of contact for communication regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.
- Audit Readiness Support: Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation for audits.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support.
- Hands-on experience with MSP portals (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass).
- Working knowledge of US federal employment regulations and experience preparing SOPs or process documentation.
