System Security Analyst

As a trusted guardian of organizational security, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our HR systems.

  • Maintain user access within Oracle HCM system and related security process documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration and compliance with regulatory rules.
  • Design and implement custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Monitor, resolve, and respond to access questions and requests pertaining to Oracle HCM system access and functionality, providing exceptional customer support.
  • Partner with managers and peers to support agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop expertise in HCM system access and configuration, working closely with Oracle to enable new features, resolve issues, and drive quarterly improvements.
  • Collaborate with CEG teams, Technology, and other partners to enhance security processes and roadmaps for Oracle HCM products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications, including HCM application security management.
  • Proficiency in Identity and Access Management tools, identity governance, and user access lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher security.
  • Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud or Oracle Learning module.
  • A balance of discernment and knowledge, with a proven track record of driving platform changes with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to push boundaries of existing technologies and processes, driving innovation and growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence others through partnerships and strategic collaboration.
