Job Title: Cloud Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering and supporting cloud security solutions, with a strong focus on policy administration, system monitoring, and user support.

The Cloud Security Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating security policies, access controls, and authentication settings to ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Continuously monitoring dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics, and providing regular reports on threat activity, usage trends, and compliance status.
  • Providing user support for cloud-related issues, collaborating with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related problems, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation, including configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs, ensuring all updates follow change management protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years in IT security administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud-based platforms, preferably in a client-facing or MSSP environment.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX configuration and management.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL/TLS, CA).
  • Knowledge of identity provisioning and work experience in the same (e.g., Azure AD, SAML/SSO, MFA).

Certifications:

  • Zscaler certifications (ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA) or equivalent security credentials preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong client communication skills essential.
  • Ability to work in US time zone and adapt to client needs.
