Job Description

This is a remote opportunity based in India with a long project duration.

The role involves working on security within the Workday application, configuring, maintaining and advising on best practices.

  • We are looking for someone to coordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security.
  • A key responsibility will be developing and maintaining awareness of divisional and data security and complying with policies and procedures.
  • Participation in report reviews is required, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards.
  • The successful candidate will stay updated on new security features within the application's future roadmap and implement where possible.
  • Audits on system roles and access logs will be performed to ensure accuracy.
  • Demonstration of proof of security controls during internal and external audits is also a requirement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday security features and controls.

  • Knowledge of SOX and data privacy regulations is essential.
  • Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess clients' needs and situations.
  • Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems, data models, organization structures and roles is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with functional and IT clients are required.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • The ability to enforce adherence to security policies and practices is necessary.
  • Problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills are also required.
