Strategic Human Resources Leader

As a seasoned leader in human resources, you will spearhead strategic initiatives that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  • HR Operations: Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Policy Governance: Develop and implement HR policies that support business objectives and ensure audit readiness.
  • Total Rewards: Design and administer total rewards programs that motivate and recognize employees' contributions.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in human resource management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
