Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive business performance and ensure robust financial management.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities for the Finance function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high growth startup.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets.
