Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Supervisor to lead our factory floor operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, with excellent knowledge of industry-specific equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily production routines
  • Meet customer expectations by supervising production workers and implementing production strategies
  • Maintain high standards of production lines through regular inspections and quality control measures
  • Assign tasks to production staff and create quality control standards
  • Implement machine maintenance procedures and suggest improvements
Requirements

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role
  • Professional certification in Production Management and Quality Control
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
