Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Account Growth Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing support in sales of life insurance business through bank customers at assigned locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive wallet share in allocated branches with focus product mix.
  • Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches.
  • Work jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan.
  • Drive and motivate branch staff along with Bank RM and provide support for logging in applications sourced.
  • Tap the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation.
  • Build relationships with the Bank Sales/operations team and ensure business targets and productivity targets of allocated branches are met effectively.
  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
  • Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Achieve branch RM activation targets.
  • Work collectively with Bank Sales/operations team and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business numbers.
  • Seek commitment from partners towards achievement of business objectives.
