Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced CNC Turning Machine Operator cum Programmer with strong expertise in Tsugami CNC turning machines. The candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines to achieve production targets with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs (Tsugami / Fanuc control).
  • Set up and operate Tsugami CNC turning machines independently.
  • Select tools, set offsets, and adjust cutting parameters.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.).
  • Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per job requirements.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum [X] years of experience in CNC Turning (Tsugami) operation & programming.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC codes, tool selection, and machining processes.
  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die or relevant field.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.Role & responsibilities
