Global Product Launch Director

As a seasoned professional in product development and commercialization, you will oversee all aspects of new product launches across various portfolio segments. This role supports cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and successful product launches.

  • Partner with regional leaders and key functions to drive adherence to project milestones.

  • Manage launch calendars, optimize governance processes, and partner with senior management as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication of launch status across the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • 20+ years of experience in planning, product development, or a related role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
