Product Portfolio Director

We are seeking a seasoned director to spearhead our healthcare product engineering team.
This role requires strategic and tactical leadership to drive product development from conception to launch.
The successful candidate will oversee product development, define and execute product goals, metrics, and strategies for the US healthcare domain.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product commonality to reality.
The ideal candidate will foster a fast-paced, customer-centric environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and sprint planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Stack Technologies to oversee product development.
- Define and execute product goals, metrics, and strategies for the US HealthCare domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product commonality to reality.
- Foster a fast-paced, customer-centric environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and sprint planning.
- 25+ years of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
- Deep knowledge of Agile framework, technology, software development life cycle, and engineering operations.
- Ability to work independently with decisive but inclusive decision-making skills.
