We are seeking a confident and strategic launch specialist to drive the successful deployment of our SaaS products.

As our launch specialist, you will own and execute the strategy to launch our SaaS products successfully. You will collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive alignment, define messaging, establish positioning, and ensure data-informed execution from ideation to launch and beyond.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and own a robust launch roadmap detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  • Launch & Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize launch effectiveness.
  • Customer & Competitive Insights: Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine strategy, messaging, and product enhancements.
\What You Bring:\
  • 3+ years of experience in launch, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of launch frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
